We just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for your support. Our first ever online auction was a huge success. We raised $5322 and we could not have done this without all our awesome island businesses who donated, all those who personally donated items and for those who did all the bidding and added a bit extra to your payments. We are always so blown away at all your generosity and support. Watch…. one day, Jesse’s Place may just be a reality 
Jesse’s Gift Foundation 7th Annual Fundraiser 2019
Jesse’s Gift is a registered non-profit charity working to build a home away from home for Vancouver Island families of children hospitalized at the Nanaimo Hospital. The Nanaimo Hospital is a regional centre with neonatal and paediatric units serving families from across Vancouver Island. There is currently nothing in the way of accessible and affordable accommodation near the hospital for families who need to stay away from home– we want to change that!
We are currently seeking donations for the silent auction for our 7th annual fundraiser. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like more information about Jesse’s Gift.
Tickets can be purchased for $25.00 via eventbrite, e-transfer, cash. If you buy via etransfer or cash we will do drop offs/meet ups and hold per-purchased tickets at the door for pick up on night of. If you purchase through eventbrite you’ll have tickets via email or phone. Thank you.

Beer & Burger 2017
Our 5th annual Jesse’s Gift Foundation Fundraiser was held at The Old City Station Pub on October 7th, 2017. The event was a huge success and we had sold 99 tickets online and had a few sales at the door.
This event was a huge success. We can not thank the Weaver’s Leather BallBusters 2017 enough for their $8000.00 donation from the 2017 Ball tournament. We also want to acknowledge the lovely ladies of The Newcastle Women’s institute for their donation of $2290.00. We thank Weaver’s Leather Courtenay & Weaver’s Leather Victoria for their donation and to everyone who bought Westjet tickets and came to our beer & burger we couldn’t have done it without your help. The grand total for the night was roughly $24,000.00 so thank you!
Proceeds from Westjet raffle and the annual fundraiser will be going to Jesse’s Gift Foundation to help build a home away from home here in Nanaimo for families to stay while their children are hospitalized at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. Thanks again for all your help.
